Kim Penney, founder of One-on-One College Consulting, holds a B.A. in psychology from Tufts University and a M.Ed. in guidance counseling from Salem State College.  She has first-hand knowledge of the college admissions and athletic recruiting processes in her experiences as a high school and college student-athlete, high school guidance counselor and coach at both the high school and college level.  She is currently entering her tenth season as the girls varsity basketball coach at Reading Memorial High School, where many of her players have gone on to play college basketball on athletic scholarships.
